This is a 90-minute wealth planning call where we identify your main goals and objectives in your business and then create a step by step roadmap to reach these goals. We go over the main steps to reach your goals like, marketing tactics, branding, business flow, back end systems, and KPIs.
This call isn't limited to just lash artists - these strategies can be applied to any beauty industry professionals!

6 WEEK MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
This 6-week program is designed to help guide and support you in reaching your business goals to scale your existing business by diversifying your income streams. It is designed to help you step away from lashing full time and start making money through other avenues in the lash industry. - online education, in-person training, product lines, mentorships/coaching.
BENEFITS
-6 weeks of 1:1 60 minute coaching calls, on these calls we will go over what your business is needing including: systems, launch plans, marketing strategies, mindset, and financial goals. Along with building out your business plan to create 6+ figures of revenue with different streams of income. We will meet at the same day/time every week over zoom.
-Each week we will also customize an action plan: You will have access to a shared google document where I will map out each week and what we will discuss on the calls, you will also get the voice recordings of each call for you to go back to and re-listen if you ever need to.
-You will have unlimited access to me Monday thru Friday from 10am- 6pm PST via voxer. Voxer is an app that will include texting and voice memos. My response time is 30 minutes to 2 hours. Voxer will allow you to have constant access to me throughout the week to help us stay on top of your goals and action items.
-You will be added to my VIP 1:1 introduction course, this will help you get prepared for coaching and it will include a 2 page intensive document for you to complete and share with me. It will go over where your beauty business is currently at and where you would like it to be. Such as your different assets, streams of income, systems, hiring, backend team, marketing strategies in place and your financial goals.
